About Us

We are a young married couple who have recently decided to live full-time in an RV while we travel around the United States with our 2 cats. We have decided to create our blog to share our journey with our family, friends and anyone interested in hearing how we have gone about uprooting our steady, stable lives for a life of unpredictable adventure.

In our posts, we will talk about our journey and all the places we visit. We do not have a concrete destination in mind and hope to see as much of the United States as we possibly can. 

We are excited to share our learning experience with you as we are new to RV living and working while traveling. We will discuss our learning experience from a beginner standpoint, including the good, the bad, the mistakes and mishaps of our travel experience. 

Ryan works as a software developer and will be working while traveling. He will work from the car while Kayla drives and will work from the camper when we make it to a destination. Kayla is a physical therapist and will work short term PT contracts. The contracts are typically 3 months long. Once she gets a job, that location will be our temporary destination until we move on to the next place. 

While on this adventure, we will spend most of our free time hiking to see as many of the beautiful sights that the United States has to offer. In our posts, we will include pictures and information about the awesome hiking areas we explore along the way.
